Executor(s) is/are named in a person's Last Will and Testament to be the manager(s) who carry out the instructions and wishes set forth in that Law Will and Testament.

Administrator(s) is/are a person/people or an organization appointed by the Court, when a decedent dies without a Last Will and Testament.  The assets and property of the decedent shall be distributed according to the order of law.
